The home and surrounding area was perfect for our stay. The location was accessible to everything from restaurants to grocery stores to pickleball courts, and hiking. Fantastic home, backyard and acdoggie door!

Loved this place. Clean, well apointed and doggie doo to back yard was very useful for our dog that traveled with us. Fun snacks were keft for us and a wonderful coffee andvtea selection. Bravo! Plenty of useful kitchen tools were there, too. We will stay here again!

Lovely Home

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and central so it’s easy to get places. It’s beautifully decorated and the host has it stocked with everything you should need. We enjoyed playing games around the large table and even sat outside on one of the patios despite the August heat. We will definitely book again.

This was our first time in Phoenix and we stayed at an amazing property that was close to the downtown area and good proximity to Scottsdale. The home was well laid out had all of the great amenities, including a nice coffee bar that we got to take advantage of. We were semi-prepared for the Arizona heat and quickly became well-acquainted with the air conditioning unit. Our host was accommodating, educating us on how to operate the unit. She reached out to see if we had any issues.

The home was absolutely beautiful and it had adequate space for my friends and myself. It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely use this home again. The only little downfall was that the next door neighbors were having a party and being loud past midnight. Despite this, I would still return because the location is great and it is a beautiful home.

Opening Day

We were in town for two nights to catch opening day for the Dbacks. The house was perfect for my family of four and my in laws. The kids had fun on the mini putting green. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. It was also conveniently located for grocery shopping, highway access, downtown. It was great!

Great rental overall

Liked everything about the place. it was clean, well furnished and had good overall amenities. I wouldn't call the best neighborhood, but it felt safe and very central to the area. The only one negative was that we did not use the heating and air conditioning, but when we were leaving it went on automatically for some reason and blasted us out with too much heat, at which point we found it was locked and we didn't have time to figure out if there was some sort of manual override, so it may be a good idea for the host to clarify the situation there.

Great Home in a Perfect Location

My 2 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in this welcoming home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, bright, and recently remodeled, the house offers 3 bedrooms that give the occupants some privacy. The location is convenient to the convention center (quick Uber ride) and the surrounding area is filled with lots of wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need is here. The lovely owners live close by and are quick to respond if needed. My little Yorkie also approves this property as dog-friendly and interesting. I hope to stay again once Phoenix cools down this fall so I can enjoy the lovely outdoor areas.

I would give this rental 10 stars if I could. It was very clean and comfortable. There was so much room for everyone to come and relax. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The spacious backyard was so enjoyable to visit with family especially around the fire ring. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the hospitality we felt from the welcome sign to the snack bar. The place is well-cared for and close to the airport and to Wrigley Mansion. We were in AZ for a wedding and with all the busy wedding plans, this place was a welcome retreat.

We came into Phoenix for a cousins wedding. This property was ~10 minutes from the international airport which was super helpful since people were flying in from different states. It was also just 15 minutes from the wedding venue and 15 min from some great restaurants in Scottsdale we got to try out. Wish we could have stayed longer. Elaunda was friendly and great with communication. She called me after we checked out because my mom had accidentally left an envelop of cash in the nightstand. She got the money back to us, and we are super grateful. There are good people out there!

Very happy with our 8 day stay. Host lives nearby, and was quick to correct a minor problem the first evening. Nice neighborhood, not fancy but located close to the Biltmore district restaurants and shopping. Would come again if available next time we are in town!
