"It is not a safe environment for anyone. Owner, manager, and supporting staff allow anyone off of the street just to meet their numbers. I was forced to stay the whole weekend of Friday June 5-8. Expedia spoke with the owner and I was allowed to leave on Monday June 8, 2026. Then because I gave them a bad review, they charged me for 5 whole days and I checked out very early on Monday June 8, 2026. Only to find out that the owner had first agreed to reimburse me for a whole week, then turn around and deny me the 5 days. Don't stay here. Stay somewhere else. Corrupt ownershipe. No se queden aqui. El dueno es corupto."

"Room was clean, including carpet, clean bed and bathroom Room and bathroom larger than expected It was a handicapped accessible room, which I didn't need, but appreciated. Ist floor room so my car could be parked right outside my room. Very quiet even though it's on a busy street. Good bed. Slept fine. I used pool and hottub. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast - great coffee ! Great value. Close to the places I wanted to visit in Pasadena. RECOMMEND !"

"I've booked at this location many times. The last 2 times were a little disappointing. Front Desk and customer service is not as professional as it used to be. Made a call before my stay to confirm my reservation - and was transferred to corporate (without my permission) simply because I requested that enough towels be present in the room upon my arrival with my family. Then, upon arriving after a long road trip mind you, our room had a foul odor. It smelled like a moldy old mop. The room looked clean - but the smell was horrible. We were honestly too tired to deal with requesting a new room. But it was noticeable immediately, which leads to believe that the management doesn't check the rooms for quality assurance and/or doesn't care. Then I received a charge for parking, several days later - which I was not made aware of upon check in. So, a "surprise charge". When I called - the staff rudely pointed out that the information "is found on the website". It still would have been nice to know in advance when my card is being charged for something several days after check out. The breakfast is really good. And the housekeeping staff is really nice as well. I don't blame them for the awful smell in the room. Judging my the way the staff and customer service acts - I could only assume that the company itself is responsible; perhaps not supplying adequate supplies, new cleaning materials, not appropriately hiring vendors to clean the rooms/carpet in more drastic scenarios, etc"

"Terrible customer service- incredibly rude and irritated by our presence. There were needles right outside the front office. The room was dirty and we only had two pillows the size of slice bread. Loud, uncomfortable and unreceptive service. My recommendation would be to skip this place, not sure how it got the reviews it did on the site."

"It's fine for a basic night or weekend stay. I travel solo for work a couple weekends out of the month. It fits the bill and I don't have any overages from the company budget plus I'm less than three miles from my work station. I always bring my own coffee and food, snacks and I always bring my own towels. I'm very picky about towels and Motel6 has some clapped-out towels. For real. Thread-bare and full of other people's hair *cringe* So if you're anything like me bring your own bath towels and washcloths if you know that you're going to be staying there beforehand. I also keep a hardcore-lint roller in my car and I lint-roll the sheets and the bed and pillows before I lay down. Otherwise- you get what you pay for. I've stayed here solo several times for work since January. I liked the upstairs rooms better. This time I got a ground-level room and it was loud beginning about 3am. People were yelling; loud music, animals barking.... Otherwise it was fine. Parking does fill up fast!! if you're lucky enough to park close to your room after initial check-in, then walk to what you need. The area is walkable, lots of stores, liquor store is right next door, restaurants and shops within proximity. All in all it was fine, I was only back there for the evening after an 11-hour work day. Y'all enjoy!"
