"Terrible smell in the bathroom "

"The swimming pool is very small. But there is a steam room."

"Don’t book the family room expecting anything like in the pictures with the huge windows and lovely light room with a view. We were in the basement with the only window and door opening straight out onto the street so had to keep the blinds down at all times. To get to the hotel we had to walk around the street. False advertising really terrible and disappointing "
