"I wish I got her name, the girl at the front Desk, dark long hair, bright blue eyes and has a fractured left arm - she was AMAZING. So sweet, helpful and accommodating. There was a team of kids for a tournament staying same time as us and she made sure they were on a different floor so my toddler wouldn’t be disturbed. We arrived earlier than expected into town and she helped us get a room and check in earlier and was so great even at check out. We stay in a hotel at minimum once a month for the last few years and it was so nice to have someone who was just so genuine and helpful and didn’t hate their job! Wish she could be at every hotel we stay at as she definitely made the trip that much more worth it. I hope the hotel recognizes her and her worth to the company. Without great staff you’re nothing. "

"Very comfortable bed. Good linens, good pillows, comfy mattress. The rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Would recommend. "

"We stayed for a weekend with our 2 year old. The room was very clean, large and quiet. Beds are very comfy. Parking was easy and convenient in the garage connected to the building. We ate at Zio's which was okay, nothing special. The immediate surrounding area has nothing, looks like it will all be developed soon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel parking was convenient, the staff was friendly on arrival (albeit they could have used more than 1 counter staff). The hotel was clean. The room and bathroom were updated and clean. Ice machines worked. Breakfast was availabile by 7am. One complaint was the elevators and hallways were very warm, uncomfortably so. The rooms AC worked perfectly though. We didnt try any of the perk amenities (ex pool) as our stay was short and for a sports game but we would stay again if our sport travelling brought us into Oshawa."
