The room was large and clean. We chose this location as we are from a little ways away and it was close to the VIA train station. Even though there were some minor renovations going on, the staff was excellent, and the room was clean and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for!! Also, extended parking was available, so we could leave our vehicle onsite while we went away on the train.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. My one complaint was the noise made by the other guests. There appeared to be a large family traveling together and they made quite a ruckus. Better control of unruly guests is needed

The room was clean and comfortable. No issues there. Breakfast was ok. Just a bit repetitive, but not really an issue. The only issue I had was the hallway a few doors down smelled like cannabis the first 2 nights. On my last day, it was gone. So not sure what was going on.

Great breakfast for the value. The room had the ceiling peeling off, big cracks bigger than the size of a hand. Looks like they had some repairs in the front entrance too, part of it was cautioned taped off. Toilet was old. The breakfast made it worth it. But some people might be put off by the look.

Clean and Niki who works on the breakfast area is super helpful. We saw her helping everyone and even deliver food to the table for our kid although it is suppose to be self serve.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as our AC unit was not working when we arrived. The room was functional but had no extra luxuries, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The room was more or less clean but could have used some deep cleaning. The hallways leading to the room had a terrible smell and there were piles of garbage left outside rooms. Not a place we will be looking to stay at again.
