"Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!"

They’re also pet friendly… and I don’t mean you’re booked in to a room with stained carpets and a worn duvet as I’ve run into at other places…The room was spotless. The A/C worked just like an a/c unit should. The breakfast menu provided enough options to cover all preferences and restrictions. "
