Gorgeous building, amazingly nice staff. A great breakfast too. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. As well as normal things you'd expect. I wish there had been a arm chair or similar in the rooms, some of the pictures show one. But it wasn't an issue.

All was good with this stay. I did have trouble getting wifi to work and I would have liked a conplimentary shampoo

I like the location was next to the freeway it was quiet at times it was by a gas station/shopping type It was also close for driving to restraunts and Hospital/clinic and gas stations

I can't say enough about the staff! There was a mix up on the reservation. Two of our three rooms were booked for a different night. The desk clerk not only quickly and politely fixed everything but we had a wheel chair bond relative with us and they were able to help accommodate his special needs. We also had a situation with him during our stay... the front desk again not only was attentive and understanding but completely professional and descrete in helping us deal with the situation....

Clean and updated

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were fine.....a bit old, but all we were doing was sleeping. My son forgot something in the room and the hotel staff called us immediately to let us know. We hadn't left town yet, so we went back to get it. I thought that was really nice of them.

Good location for us; good breakfast and nice variety to choose from. Room was very clean and comfortable. **The mattress pad was very loose and we did have to remake the bed each evening and morning. Those things are hard under any circumstance but so you are aware.

This has become our motel of choice in the Eau Claire area. We've stayed at 3 other establishments around town and have found this to be the best of the lot. The room is clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The bed is perfect,,,, the best of all the EC motels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that once the breakfast area closes there's no place to get a cup of coffee. But there are several fast food restaurants and gas stations within an easy walk and I get my...
