"This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris!"

"Lawson and Mike have created beautiful and immaculate places to stay. The Cottage is serene, has every amenity and is beautifully furnished and fitted out. Together with an onsite manager, the couple of very minor questions we had were resolved promptly and very courteously. Others have commented that the Cottage is at the very top tier of properties and we would totally agree! For anyway who is seeking a delightfully relaxing getaway, this is the place; tucked away in a bucolic setting, yet...

"This was a perfect property for the 2 of us. Excellent location to Valley Forge. The cottage included everything you needed for our stay, complete with Sarge the super sweet and friendly dog. The property is a very beautiful farm. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sarah you are the perfect Hostess😊"

"Location was perfect for us to visit family. Hair dryer is described as a feature, but not available. Property manager contacted but no solution offered due to holiday weekend. Barely enough heated water for four adults to shower. Water doesn’t get extremely hot. Living room furniture uncomfortable."

"We stayed in the cottage for a weekend when our daughter graduated from nearby Kutztown University. It was the perfect spot to chill and hang out the day before and after the ceremony. We played pool, video games, and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the chickens. The fresh eggs offered by our hosts were a nice touch! Just a few minutes from KU, and a pub/restaurant within walking distance."

"Great stay. Cozy, comfortable accommodation. Close to PA turnpike so super convenient. Loved the fireplace inside, spacious deck space and charming waterfall built into the hillside. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power...

"A beautifully kept house in a great location. The beds are nice as is everything in the house. You will not be disappointed. It's a great place for friends or guests to stay if they are visiting you in the area."
