My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. "My husband and I took our two grandsons to Philadelphia for Wrestlemania. The home was convenient to the sights in the city and to Lincoln Financial Field. The host was quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ands the kitchen was very well appointed."

"We loved our brief stay at the property. The house feels warm and cozy. It was perfect to come back to after a busy I have to Alexa to Costco list Costco list day with family. I love the historic community. And we went for a long walk on the local trail. The house was clean. We did not interact with the host as they had everything set up for easy access. Be ready to climb some stairs and the shower is quite quirky. But we’d definitely stay there again."

"This property is a great fit for families, especially if you have kids and or a dog. The backyard is very spacious and fenced. It is great for mingling with family and friends. The owner has a garden and is also growing grapes, apples, etc. He also has a little hen house. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms along with a bed and plenty of kid stuff. The basement has a foosball table."

"This property worked well for my husband and I and my daughter and her new husband. We spent a long weekend introducing my son-in-law to the family and this was a nice place to come back to relax. The only recommendation I would have is to have more comfortable living room furniture. Other than that everything was great."
