  • Resort style 1BR/1BA condo located in the luxurious and secure Casa Costa building on the Intracoastal waterway. The amenities of the building are incredible: 24 hours concierge, security, valet parking, pool area at the 5th floor (2 pools), Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, massage, billiards, business center, conference room.

    We are offering free beach passes for the rest of the year (60$/day value) with every rent. This will cover 2 chairs and umbrella or cabana in many beaches. (Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Deerfield Beach)

    Totally furnished unit including linen and dishes. One king bed in bedroom and another pull out queen in the living-room. Huge balcony from bedroom and living! 1 parking space in the garage.1 mile to the beach where you will find two beach chairs and an umbrella. Walking distance to Boynton Beach Marina and local restaurants. Just need to bring your toothbrush and live the resort style!
