Exquisite 1-Bedroom House on North Church Ave

  • Prime North Church Ave location with a modern remodel in a historic home featuring vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, new bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and refinished wood floors.

    The Northside Hideaway is a remodeled downtown Bozeman getaway with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Two skylights let in sunshine, showcasing Montana's Big Sky. Equipped with wireless internet and a smart TV for streaming. A new queen size bed with soft sheets accommodates two plus a fold-out couch with a La-Z-Boy queen mattress. We just built a custom walk-in shower. The living room has a flat-screen TV, streaming apps, and a wood stove! The kitchen has all utensils and stainless steel appliances, with a dining table for six. The utility room contains a washer/dryer and ski storage.

    Like all Bozeman Cottage houses, it features a coffee maker, starter pack of local coffee, linens, pots/pans, spices, and non-toxic body products. Local info on Montana meat, veggies, hiking trails, rafting, and restaurant coupons is provided. We support local economies!

    Near downtown and hiking/biking trails! Just 16 miles from Bridger Bowl and an hour from Big Sky.

    Northside Hideaway is a licensed tourist home with License #301794 and Short-Term Rental Permit #STR20-00211.
