Stunningly Remodeled Historic Home Near Downtown

The Fridley Cottage is stunningly remodeled and close to many of the other Bozeman Cottage offerings in the North Church historical district. It has recently been fully renovated with central air conditioning, decorator furnishings, all new appliances and much more.

Fridley Cottage is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.

Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.

In 2017 a whole new addition was completed to provide a spacious living room right off the kitchen. The main floor has the primary bedroom (queen bed) and a full bath with shower, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with pantry, and the backdoor leads out to the bbq deck and nicely landscaped outdoor space. The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishwasher, gas oven and stove, soap stone countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and microwave.

Downstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed as well as a twin bed, and a full bath with tub/shower. There is also a full laundry room downstairs with a new washer and dryer.

-Living room appointments include a new sofa set, cow hide rug, flat screen TV with streaming via Roku, and CD player. Of course there is internet/wireless and a gas bbq grill handily located on the back deck. We have included coffee, tea, spices, paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap, hair dryer, linens and towels. For those travelling with kids we have a pack-n-play for your use. We use luxurious and non-toxic EO brand shampoo and body products.

Sure to please, Fridley Cottage is located in a quiet, historic Bozeman neighborhood, a short walk from downtown and only 8 miles from the airport. The house is south facing and quiet and the large yard has lots of shade and
plenty of lawn.

This cottage is close to many of the other Bozeman Cottage offerings in the North Church historical district. Northside Modern Farmhouse, Garden Cottage, Northside Hideaway, and Quilt Cottage are all just a block away for larger groups.

As with all Bozeman Cottage houses, the Fridley Cottage is equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

The Fridley Cottage is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # 304688. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit STR20-00222.
