"This hotel is extremely conveniently located, with beautiful rooms and excellent service. We stayed for 10 days and were upgraded to a larger room with balconies overlooking the street. Even though the hotel is on a very busy corner, the windows were fully soundproofed and there was no problem with noise at all. We loved the space inside the room near the entry door, adjacent to the closet and the bathroom, which could be closed off from the bedroom with another door. This allowed one of us to turn on a light and get dressed while the other slept (and also provided extra privacy for the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable and had a large choice of pillows, and the bathroom was clean and modern, with a bidet and plenty of space for belongings. We also liked the espresso machine and hot pot for tea, as well as the selection of teas and coffees provided (and a stocked minibar with extra room in the fridge for your own things). Our only complaints were that the TV did not provide many channels or any access to Netflix, etc., and that the breakfast bar was much too expensive and not very impressive."

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Highly recommend - super friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful room and overall feel to the hotel (the lighting in particular is lovely). Amazing location, easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. We stayed on the top floor, so could see the Alhambra from our window! Also lovely views from the rooftop terrace/pool (note: as is common, pool is unheated). This was our favourite accommodation on our whole holiday (we stayed at 6 other places around Andalucia). Was great to have parking (paid) on site, but somewhat stressful to drive to if you aren't used to driving in narrow streets with lots of pedestrians. Hotel helpfully provided driving instructions before hand so we knew exactly where to go, but unfortunately by chance a road happened to be closed temporarily, but we managed to get to the hotel fine. You can park temporarily in a small spot just outside the front of the hotel to check-in and then the staff will guide you to the parking, so that makes parking easier."
