The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Water went all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower but we managed. Worked very well for a family of 4 (2 teenage boys) at a reasonable price.

Hot water really unstable - hot changes to cold and via versa. Also the room smelled of cigarettes although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The price was low, and beds comfortable.

No parking on facilities but there is a parking garage nearby that the hotel has arrangement with. You can pay at the hotel at slightly cheaper rate than at the garage. Hotel is fine and clean. Breakfast was good.

Great location and friendly staff

Easy to get to from the station (walking distance) and bus station (on tram no 1- only a few stops). Very close to the town centre (walking distance). Taxis (approx ā‚¬8) available to Alhambra and bus station. Arrived within 5 mins of asking reception- super helpful. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, churros etc. Haven't given 5 stars as felt a little dated, but otherwise no complaints. Fridge in the room as well as safe. But no kettle.

First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. Itā€™s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book againā€¦ but not if room 423!
