For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls and in the halls. Windows open made that a little worse. The best part about the hotel is staff. Alexandra was EXCELLENT. Kind, multi-lingual, gave us recommendations without asking, ensured we had and coordinated breakfast before we left early in the AM with the manager before the breakfast had opened. Sandwiches were ready with coffee. She did all of that on her own and made us feel really welcome.

Perfect for a family

The family room with one double and two singles was perfect for the four of us. There was a bar outside of our window, but the windows did a great job of blocking the light and sound. Everything was clean, our only wish would have been that the bathtub had to stop her so we could use it. There was also a decent breakfast that was included, which seems pretty rare in Italy.

Cute old hotel in close walking relation to the train station, many restaurants and the castle. The hotel is old and it shows but that is what we were expecting in this quaint town outside of Rome. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and good. Well worth the nominal charge for the night.

They advertised rooftop and that was not it, just a sad patio with some chairs Also it said pillow top bed, no it wasn’t. Only 2 flat pillows with a very ugly and uncomfortable cover. Sad depressing “decoration” But very nice and friendly team and the breakfast was a very nice surprise

Eccellente la pulizia, la colazione, la gentilezza, l'aria condizionata (fondamentale), il letto, la silenziosità, la collocazione in città. Manca solo un frigorifero in camera, ed il livello di manutenzione della struttura antica è giustamente in linea con la valutazione di 3 stelle ed il costo della stanza.
