"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. "As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "
