"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."

Adequate if you just need a room for a night and have an early check in and therefore you want to be within close proximity to Heathrow airport. If you don’t mind being further away there are better options for the money "
