A DREAM - amazing 3bd OCEANVIEW townhome with heated pool and hot tub

Beautiful townhouse with beach and ocean view from all balconies on Anna-Maria-Island, Florida. Just a few steps to the snow-white, fine coral sand. Crystal blue sea. Dolphins and Manatees swim less than 15 meters from the beach.

Quiet location, three balconies, two of them on the 'Sunny Side'. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony belonging to the 'Master Bedroom'. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, open dining room, kitchen and living room area with two farther balconies. shared heated pool, shared hot tub, free wireless internet, we provide Netflix and Paramount +, free calls to the U.S & Canada.

We provide a XBOX ONE.

Steps to the Ocean and bay side.

Clean, well maintain with towels, beach towels, linen and kitchen equipment.

For your security:
We as owners have ONE security camera above the outside entrance door. It records the outside area in front of the entrance door and garage door. The camera has a storage.
The homeowner association uses storage cameras overlooking driveway and pool.

Beach access was incredible. Deck on the bay was great for watching the sunrise and just as beautiful a view at night. Home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved AMI

Property was exactly as described. Owner was great communicator, check in was a breeze. I worked online and WiFi was great. The walk to the beach was just across the road — pristine beach and super clean without crowds. The only suggestion would be new pillows!

Spring Break

The condo was amazing. Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The garage was stocked with all-things-beach. We rented a golf cart and there was plenty of parking available. Excellent vacation and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent home/location

This was one of our favorite vacations yet! Ralf was absolutely phenomenal to work with and his home was everything & more. Waking up to see the sunrise in the bay to the sunset on the deck overlooking the sandy beaches was amazing. The location is a MUST, steps away to the beach, pool, and many great restaurants & stops. 10/10!! We are already talking about going back next year!

Room with a View

We had an amazing experience! We work hard all year to have a dreamy vacation every summer and this home checked all the boxes for us! It was clean, met all of our needs, the owner is fantastic and very communicative, and it’s so close to the beach! We prefer smaller beach towns as opposed to larger vacation destinations. We’ve never had the beach town feel and been able to see the ocean from where we were staying until now! We’ve also never been able to walk out of the neighborhood, cross the street, and immediately be on the beach! We recommend this home to everyone and are already dreaming about our visit there next year!

Florida Beach Stay - Gulf Coast

what a wonderful family vacation!

Our stay at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island was a first for our family. We normally travel further South. This was such a great location we will be visiting again in the future. As for the specifics of this particular home, Ralf the owner could not have been more helpful or responsive, thank you Ralf! The home was clean and accommodated our family very well. The pool was great for the few times we didn't make the short walk to the beautiful and not overly crowded beach, 1/2 block away. 5 stars..we will be staying again!

Family vacation

Beautiful beach retreat

Our place was directly across the street from the most beautiful beach and Gulf and we could watch the sunset from our balcony or walk across to the beach. We could also see sunrise from a walkway that extended into the Tampa Bay with a beautiful view of surrounding area! Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed immensely!

Steps from the beach

My husband and I loved the property! It had all the comfort of a true holiday home with a well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Fifty steps took you onto the beautiful beach and a short 5-15 minute walk took you to the local tiki bar/ restaurant or a little further to historic Bridge Street. We would most definitely rent again!

Wonderful Anna Maria Island Condo

This is a very nice condo, just across the street from Bradenton Beach. It has three levels-- the large garage is on the bottom, the living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry and half bath is on the middle level, and the top level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small balcony off the dining area, another small balcony off the master bedroom, and a large balcony off the living area (with a view of the ocean). There is a small community pool and a whirlpool. There is also a community boardwalk to the bay side, with lovely views. The condo is conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport, and just a short drive to anywhere you might want to go on the island. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was in good working order. It would be nice if the bath towels were replaced. We enjoyed our two-week stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Loved our stay, host and local management very helpful/responsive. Wonderful location, great accommodations, beach just across the street. My sisters and Mom thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location!

We were very happy with our stay. Very nice 3 bedroom condo just steps away from the beach. Also within walking distance to many restaurants. Very nice view on the decks. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Bermunda Bay stay

Great time but the unit needs some updating and required cleaning before we could enjoy our stay. Otherwise, great location central to everything. We are coming back next year.

Great vacation spot

We love everything about this property. It was right across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Owner and property manager were great answered all our questions and got back with us very fast. Can't wait to go back.

Fun in the Sun

Perfect location to experience this spot of paradise with the beach steps away or to experience fishing and solitude by walking to the boardwalk over the morass with groomed hedges to Tampa Bay. The beachy theme is present throughout the well appointed home. We enjoyed many gatherings on the deck viewing the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Ralf, the owner, was a wonderful communicator. Very informative and helpful. A delightful experience. I highly reccomend it!
