Condo is located on second floor and is literally steps from the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Free trolley that takes you anywhere on the island. Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Island is quaint, 'old Florida' setting. Lots of boutique shops and local restaurants. Come enjoy, relax and watch the dolphins from this beautifully decorated Gulffront condo. Location AMAZING.

This property is an amazing location, the beach was not busy and had what we needed to enjoy the beach! We saw dolphins and manatees! Perfect quick get away!

The location is excellent, and the building features convenient outdoor showers. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials, beach gear, and towels. Most importantly, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that the shower water was extremely hot and difficult to adjust. However, we contacted the owner, and he was very responsive and attentive.

This property has amazing access to the beach with fabulous views. I appreciated the extra touches like night lights, beach accessories, and water pitcher. The bathroom is dated, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy.

Beautiful view

This was a beautiful condo! It is just as described and directly on the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. We rented a golf cart to get around the island, which was great. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Sad to go home!

The best thing about this condo is the beach! Otherwise it wouldn’t be a great rental. The ocean might be warmer and cleaner than the shower and my hair felt sticky since I forgot my shampoo and there was zero provided. Overall, the beach was what we were there for and the weather was amazing!

4th of July getaway
