Free long distance to US, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico included at no charge. Beach supplies such as 6 beach chairs, cooler, beach mats, 2 umbrellas and a beach buggy are supplied. There is also 2 tennis rackets.


Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

1 pet up to 25 lbs allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit and a $250 security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
