A Beach Dream #4 ~ Location, location, location is what this dreamy, newly refreshed, beach-front bungalow style condo is all about! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door!

A Beach Dream #4 is a beautiful 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for up to two people that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large flat screen TV and the bathroom has a brand new updated modern and convenient walk-in shower (new photos will be added soon).

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on up to the North End or cast a line on the Bradenton Beach Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #4!”

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House association offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use.

NOTE: IF THIS CONDO (BEACH DREAM 4) IS BOOKED YOUR DATES OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TWO UNITS NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER, PLEASE LOOK AT BEACH DREAM 5. THEY ARE DECORATED EXACTLY THE SAME. BEACH DREAM 4 HAS PARTIAL VIEWS DUE TO STAIRS.

Great Little Getaway

We had a great stay at this one bedroom condo that's ON THE BEACH. Very clean and updated decor. We walked to nearby restaurants and Bridge Street. Perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the waterfront location and the views are spectacular. Our view was somewhat blocked by the stairs but still wonderful! The comfortable and cosy unit was very clean and we had everything we needed for 4 nights!

This is a great property. Right on the beach, the condo, while small, has everything you need. It was immaculate and Kimberly left a very nice welcoming bag of goodies. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and just a block from a trolley stop. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful stay

Clean property, walking distance to restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying in this complex and we will be back again! We would go down in the morning, walk back to the condo for a lunch break and go back out to dinner. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo! The location is exactly what we were looking for…on the beach and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect Location!

Not too familiar with Anna Maria itself, we wanted to be steps to the beach. This location was just perfect for our getaway! We enjoyed walking to dinner, since there was so many choices nearby. The condo itself was just as described and photographed. Super clean, updated and provided many essentials. We will definitely stay here again!

Updated, clean and perfect condo!

This condo was beautifully updated and so clean. Access to the beach was right out the front door and wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, providing beach chairs and an umbrella was very much appreciated. The condo had a very cozy welcoming vibe and it was perfect for two people. I will definitely book this property again.

Perfect space and location. Owner went above and beyond in honoring a special request. This is the third unit we have stayed in this building and by far the best… decor and use of space were top notch. Appreciated all the beach necessities including the foot-bath for the entry area. Great location & property!

My husband and I had a great weekend stay for my birthday! I desired a place along the beach and this was perfect! This property matches the posting and pictures. Easy communication and check in process. The kitchen has many utensils and appliances. Not big enough for a family of 4, although would definitely go back as a couple. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants & shops!

I would suggest the property owners put a screen door on the front or windows that open. Access to the fresh gulf air would be appreciated. The location is perfect and a very nice condo.

Condo on the beach!

Loved the condo loved the location just missed having a pool as I prefer pool over the hot tub but I did know there wasn’t a pool … disappointed that the laundry machines were not working There was a beautiful gift basket left for us by the host which was a lovely touch and the decor was so lovely and very very clean!!

Great location, great place.

My wife and I made a last minute trip to AMI to help support the recovering economy. This place was a great find. Love the remodel and the location; well stocked. Comfortable. The place is small and would be tight with over two people, but that’s all we had so it was perfect. Kimberly was a great host and very responsive. There were only a couple of minor issues that were addressed quickly.We are saddened by all of the devastation on the island from the hurricanes and all of the recovery that still lies ahead. We’ve been coming to AMI for decades. We are glad that there are places like this one that are back up and running. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location

This condo was perfect for us. As the description says, it’s virtually steps from the beach and water. I really don’t think you can get any closer. The space is small but perfect for two people. The interior is completely redone and it looked brand new. It was also spotless. It was our first time in the island and we both thought the location was good. Close to great restaurants and having Kokunut next door was a huge bonus. The only downside to the condo location was a partially obstructed view due to the stairs. You could still see the beach and ocean pretty good. If we go back, we would rent the condo next door. (5). Definitely 5 stars!!

My hubby and I wanted a small place to celebrate my birthday (sans children!) and it was our first time on A.M.I. The street view of this set of condos is unimpressive- which is a great way to keep it under the radar! The view from our giant window was gorgeous! The furniture was adorable and in great shape, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it all felt like home. The whole property was clean, quiet and the beach was perfect. The restaurant just down the way was very respectful with noise level, and we forgot the property next door was under construction. Book this property yesterday! You won’t be sorry.
