LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This lovely condo is not blocks from the beach, it's within eye's view of the private sandy path leading right to the Gulf's pristine white sand beach. So forget about walking blocks to get to the beach! Throw on your flip flops, grab a beach chair and your toes will be in the sand before you can say "did I pack the sunscreen?"

Seaside Serendipity..condo #205 has alot to love. The unit has been tastefully upgraded including furnishings, bedding, linens, beach and bath towels, kitchen appliances and more. The vibe is relaxed comfort for a true beach getaway. The condo is a 2/2 split plan, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. King, queen and a twin sleeps 5...a twin stored in the closet sleeps a 6th person. There's a full size washer/dryer, TV's and ceiling fans in each room and plenty of closet space. There's also a beach closet that's stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand cart, sand toys and more. Relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet of the morning with your coffee, or the evening with your cocktail, sitting on the lanai overlooking the pond, fountain and swimming pool beyond.

Exploring the island is easy. Restaurants, shops, and so many activities abound. There's alot to see and do within walking or biking distance, or hop on and off the free trolley that stops in front of the complex every half hour and takes you all over the quaint 7 mile island that is sweet Anna Maria. Don't forget though to be on the beach every evening for those magnificent sunsets!
