"Our stay was amazing....We needed a place to stay for a business trip but also wanted to bring our pup along for the fun....This old farmhouse has been updated with a beautiful kitchen, a pellet stove, a gorgeous clawfoot bath tub, a fenced in yard for the pup to run, and a large fridge (with android interface- which my boyfriend loved- I actually have no idea what that means...) yet still retained that 1850's feel with gorgeous original maple floors, tin ceilings, and hand hewn beams. "We traveled to Franconia, NH to be near the 100% zone if the solar eclipse. The property was beautiful, clean and welcoming. There were 4 large bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, 2 living areas and a big porch. We woke to the view of one of the nearby mountains and the yard was large enough for us to practice some snow shoeing. Cannon Mountain was right down the street, and we were close to Bethlehem, Littleton and Mount Washington. The owners were very communicative and even called the land line to...
