Village Hotel Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms with all you could need - iron, kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Loved the smell of the body wash / shampoo and loved that the hotel provides actual conditioner as well (many don't!). Would highly recommend. Only negative I could provide is that the doors bang quite a bit (we were on the top floor) so if you're a light sleeper I can imagine that would keep you awake in the morning / late night when people are coming and going."

"The best breakfast in Town….Any town, SOoo much choice, and the quality is excellent. If you like a good breakfast this place is the place to stay for an experience you’ll never forget! The staff are great and the place has a buzz. I wouldn’t stop anywhere else, even if I was rich!"

"The hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely view over the countryside. The communal areas are very pleasant, the restaurant, the garden and the room next to the bar are perfect for relaxing and reading. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. The dinner menu was also good. The location is a 15–20-minute walk from the town centre. Just bear in mind that it’s at the top of a hill, so some people might find it easier to use a car or taxi. I liked the location as it was still close to town yet peaceful, just as I wanted."
