The Beach House - close to everything!

"A home away from home on the beach. I organized a two night work retreat for team leads and chose to stay at Michelle's, and I could not be happier. The house is not done justice by the photos; it is spacious and filled with light, with a roomy fully-stocked kitchen that made cooking dinner together easy. Uber Eats also delivers from as far as Woy Woy. The beach and bush is so nearby and the sunshine-flooded backyard has lovely outdoor seating options. The three beds were comfy and clean with many different pillows and electric blankets. There was wifi, a TV, and bluetooth speaker. Bathroom is massive and sparkling clean, with heat lights and great extraction fan. The whole house had so many lovely small touches, from the beach decor to the incredibly thorough guide to the important things like a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc. There were even some plastic take out containers so we could take our leftovers home instead of tossing them. Michelle's lovely house far exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom vacation in a quiet, beautiful bush suburb.My only note for potential travellers is the Palm Beach to Patonga ferry is no longer in operation despite the misleading website still being up (as of review). This is not a reflection on this owner or property at all and not a criticism, but worth noting if you are planning to take the ferry across to visit Sydney's Northern Beaches."

"From the minute I opened the front door to walk in to such a beautiful home, the perfume, the warmth, the styling…everything was outstanding and more than what I expected.I had my children come for my birthday and it was the most perfect weekend and exactly how I had imagined it would be.Carla responded almost immediately to any questions that arose.Hope I can stay at Moso house again very soon 100/10"

"We enjoyed our stay at the property, but realised we didn't pay enough attention (it was mentioned in the listing) to the fact that the backyard is not enclosed at all on the side closest to the road (i.e. completely open to the road). So we could not let our dog out into the backyard unsupervised in case he escaped. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped and there was heating in the living area, which was a bonus."

"Everything was ok, good size for a couple or two adults and kids. Not really enough room for 8 people as the lounge room is small with only a two seater and one chair. Plenty of room outside so great for summer. Only negative was the size of the ensuite, hardly any room to move and definitely needs exhaust fans with heat globes in the winter as the steam from the shower made it hard to breath once you got out. Not really pet friendly as pets have to stay outside. Other than that it’s a nice property and great location.Enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed over the Anzac long weekend just gone, and this place is great. The house is very comfortable and ensuites to both bedrooms is great. Steph, our host, was easy to talk to, replied quickly and was very nice. The view here is awesome and the quietness is great. If you have your own boat. the jetty is fantastic, there is plenty to do and a heap of fishing options. Is also a place where just sitting on the porch, relaxing and watching the world go by is very easy to do. A big plus for us was it being pet friendly so we could bring our dog."
