"This is a very quiet property, and each "little house" is set so that you have privacy. The interior is very small - perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child - but we did end up putting our suitcases back in the car so we'd have a little more floor space. "We really enjoyed our stay at Versalir Cabin! Excellent location for day trips to many areas and in a very beautiful setting. We actually did some really cool hikes within 15-20 minutes from Versalir. Accommodations were good and comfortable, many nice amenities. We enjoyed grilling dinners with the Mountain View from the deck and having space for our family of four to enjoy. "

"We split our stay into two areas on opposite ends of the golden circle. This was our second spot and we really enjoyed it. The hot tub was perfect, beds comfortable, and kitchen and bath really well stocked with necessities. No laundry/washer is the only downside but we managed as we only stayed four nights and were able to do laundry at our first spot. "

"This cabin is a wonderful property. It is very private and feels like a home. We split time between relaxing at the cabin and touring the area. When spending time at the cabin, we didn’t feel as if we were missing anything as we would have if we were in a hotel room. "Just spent a week at the cabin with my family of 4 (kids are 12 and 15). The cabin had everything you’d need for a family trip. Loved having the sauna and hot tub after chilly days seeing the sights. Jon checked in with me right away to make sure we got in ok (we did!). Highly recommend this cabin!"

"We started our Iceland holiday with first 2 nights stay at cabin 5A. I’m glad we did as it set the bar really high and at the end of our 9 day trip, the family unanimously agreed this was our favourite accommodation in the entire trip! Cabin had everything we needed, extremely clean, hosts were v responsive, and being in open lands (yet near enough to nearby towns), we were treated to 2 nights of auroras when we were there!! The hot tub brought so much joy too, can’t wait to be back! "
