"Excellent value for very large 3 person room. Ive stayed before and always find this place a bit strange. Evening food options are limited. Reception staff could do with being more welcoming."

"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Shame, cool old building but pretty poor staff, pretty poor upkeep-window fell off the hinges, terrible breakfast. Probably wouldn't return sadly as we stay in Woodstock often."

"Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back."

"We love this hotel so much. The moment you walk in, it’s welcoming and homely. It’s decorated beautifully and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so good, with a wide range of options. We can’t fault this hotel. We’ll be back each time. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "They have a few activities, but the times are awfully placed, with the pool open at 9-10 or 4-5. The breakfast is £15 person and the food was tasteless and bland. The golf course was busy and slow moving, the driving range wasn't open past 6pm. The staff didn't seem to know any info on other parts of the hotel. However, the room was nice, there was lots of channels on the TV and the beds were decently comfy."

"Spa is only above average part of this hotel. The decor is dated, the carpets throughout the entire corridors are bleach stained, it looks appalling. The breakfast was stale and warm, we couldn't finish it."
