"The family room was large with air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of good quality towels, shower gel and a body moisturiser in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee (machine). The staff could not have been more helpful with our questions and requests. We were allowed to check in earlier (£20 fee). Their pizzas were really good. "We stayed after a day at Blenheim palace. Was a lovely quirky hotel. We stayed in the park suite which was on the high street. Great room although noise from upstairs room guests. "
