"The welcome was shocking, the arrival time was wrong. Did not receive the entry code by email the day before. The stairs very steep. Very dusty in bathroom. The shower only had very hot water. The window sill had traffic grit in the corners, window were streaked. Uneven floor, luckily we did not fall, but nearly did. If I had known I would not have booked. "The pictures looked good but the place was terrible, its taking along time for a refund even though its been accepted. The toilet would flush and leak out at the back, 1 small room with lots of cramped beds, glue on the floor was everywhere, the shower was blocked and leaked underneath. The list goes on"
