"The reception and concierge were amazing! They really remember customers. I had a great conversation when checking in and the same receptionist asked about how the bachelorette party went. Just the details really make it a wonderful experience. Checking in and out were amazing."

"The location was fantastic! The entrance to the hotel is right next to the train stop from the airport. We were Kitty corner to the hop on hop off bus main bus stop, and a few minute walk to the ferry wharf. Best location ever! We stayed 4 nights and found we could have used more places to hang coats and towels. The single towel rack in the bathroom was inconveniently located so the wet towel touches the toilet paper. But that is my only complaint. The adjoining restaurant was very good. The French toast with caramelized bananas was fabulous! The double-decker turkey sandwich was lovely and had a wonderful side salad with shaved Parmesan. You can’t beat the convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Don’t go in Spring or Fall. It was cold and rainy and they said its a 70 year old building so the AC was on for summer so no heat in rooms "
