"Staff efficiency"

"The front desk staff when we checked in on the evening of 7/11 was so friendly and professional. The room was clean, the ac worked great, and it was free of any smoke or other odor. The bathroom was very stark and seemed unfinished. Needs some repair. Otherwise great experience, considering the choices in the area and the affordability."

"At checkin Jeane was so sweet and helpful. Rooms were great. A little maintenance is needed. Would stay there again."

"The room was dirty, no microwave, but broke tray parts were there. No refrigerator, no towels, washcloths. No soaps. Coffee maker, no pot or supplies. Remote had no back or batteries. No internet so couldn't watch TV. Hole in wall was covered by duct tape. Mattresses all over the halls, had to put curtain around air conditioner to keep the heat out, bed I believe was used. No light fixture covers, no toilet paper holder, kleenex holder no cover or kleenex, toilet didnt work. I was told it had...

"It was as it should be, no problems and just a pieceful stay."

"Rooms were good and clean. Staff at front desk were helpful. Water park was cool and a great time for the kids. Only issues we had was with the breakfast and staff that works the kitchen. They were late each morning getting breakfast out. Waffle machines were dirty from previous day. The fact that they only serve hot food on weekends wasn’t cool. Overall it was ok."
