"The house was easy to find and easy to get into. The area is great; a short walk to a market, cafe, and post office, very friendly people in the neighborhood. Close to a lot of open spaces and nice places to run. A short drive to the Surbiton train station that has a very large parking lot and frequent fast trains to Waterloo Station in London (and a nice man who works the ticket counter to help get the best deals on transit tickets). "Good and spacious house, with great communication from the owner. A couple of down sides though: not enough small spoons/forks and bedding provided for the numbers of guests, and the conservatory was way too cold to sleep, even with the heater on. But it would be fine during spring/summer."
