"Booked due to convenience to Heathrow. Staff very attentive. Suggest a single queue for checking in. Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. They should not have been allowed to do that. made the rest of us annoyed."
