"Lyndsay Guesthouse is in a very good location for Skegness seafront.The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The bedroom was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Alan & Linda are very friendly hosts and welcomed us to their guesthouse.Would recommend"

"We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. "This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. "

I was given all the details of breakfast times where my room was located,other facilities that where available,the room was very well decorated, toilet & shower room was clean and tidy, sufficient clothing space. the breakfast was very nice.The Hosts Roger & Alison were friendly towards there guests very Knowledgeable of the surrounding area and always polite. a very nice stay thank you"
