Minutes to Keuka Lake & Wine Trail, 15 min to Naples, and 20 min to Bristol Mountain. The perfect spot for wineries, lake days, skiing, and starry-night campfires.
    Take in stunning views from the expansive deck and private dock overlooking a peaceful pond, surrounded by woods for total privacy and unbelievable stargazing. Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit make it the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or drinks under the stars. Explore nearby wineries, restaurants, shops, and scenic Finger Lakes trails.

    Inside, a wall of windows floods the main level with natural light and frames the pond view. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi.
