"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response. "
