Our condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 60' HDTV in the living area, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with granite and new appliances, a 51' TV in the master bedroom, DVD player, and a nice balcony. We have also left many newer DVD movies and a Wii playstation with games for your use and enjoyment. The property was just as described. we have come to Branson many times and this was one of the best places to stay. We had a small problem with the ac unit (mainly because it was 100+ outside) but the owner fixed it very quickly and it worked perfect for the remainder of the stay. Overall it was a great trip and the condo was perfect for our family.

Great Stay in a 2 bdrm/2 Ba condo in the Foothills. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The beds and living area were very comfortable. The foothills are centrally located, making it easy to get to most Branson locations. We played golf at Thousand Hills golf course and enjoyed the course.

This condo was so beautiful and extremely clean! It was a much needed getaway and satisfied with the choice I made for booking this unit. We were actually sad to leave and wish we would have booked one more night. We were so impressed with everything from the living quarters to the community in general. The pictures were very accurate and property owners provided everything. Definitely worth the experience and this condo is a must see!! Seriously, IF I could give 10 stars I would.

We spent a week enjoying Christmas shows, shopping and great restaurants in Branson. This is our second year renting from this owner. The condo was perfect for two couples since we each had private space. Our only issue was that I thought it was the same unit as last year which was on the lower level. We were traveling with a handicapped friend and this unit was on the second floor which created some difficulty for him. He spent more time in the condo due to the stairs and I felt bad about that. The condo is very lovely, quiet and in a perfect location and we highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone. We found that it fabulous, much more than I expected for the price. This is not your run of the mill vacation place. It was luxurious. From the Granite countertops with nice stainless appliances to the super comfortable bed with memory foam on top of a firm mattresses. My wife and I don’t often agree that a bed is comfortable, as I like hard and she likes soft, but the set up here is amazing. We both slept comfortably on this bed. I am looking into doing it this way at my house. The electric reclining loungers was a very nice touch.. The decorations and color scheme was modern like the place has just been built. The kitchen provided everything that was needed. Even 2 coffee makers (1 traditional for a full pot and 1 Keurig for the single cup), and multiple slow cookers for making meals while we were out seeing the town. We had no trouble with having plenty of hot water for showers like I have had at other places. The bathrooms were bright which my wife liked for getting ready for a night on the town. Emil provided small things that I expect at a nice hotel, but I don’t always see at vacation rentals, like coffee, hand and shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and laundry detergent. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Branson.

Have stayed in this condo twice and would love to stay again. Feels like our second home. So quiet and feels like we're overlooking a park. Especially in the evening when the lamps on the grounds turn on.Close to everything we want to do while in Branson. Communication with owners is amazing.
