This studio condo has a kitchenette and an island with stools. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. For those looking for some activities, there is an arcade system with 100+ games, outdoor games and our resort offers a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or make s’mores by the resort fire pit. The pool and hot tub are open seasonally.

The dugout is located on the lower backside of the building. There are approximately 10 steps or a ramp on the side of building to access the dugout.

**We are trying to remain pet friendly at this condo and we will need your participation to make sure we can continue this. If you are bringing a pet, we will need to fully disclose our pet policy.
You must agree to: - A pet fee
- Pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds or the loft level
- Pet MUST be on a leash when outside of your condo
- Pet MUST be picked up after outside. If dog waste is not picked up, you will be charged $75 - - Pet MUST be in a crate while you are not at the condo
- Your pet MUST be on a flea and tick preventative
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT of 25 lbs, no exception and only one dog allowed as this is a resort rule

** If a pet is found in your condo that has not been pre-approved, you will have to leave immediately without a refund.
