The additional dining option for 4 is ideal for your morning cup of coffee or a light lunch.



Back inside, the bright, clean kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delectable meals. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and more are available for your convenience. The extended counter is perfect for extra prep space or day-to-day casual dining with the counter seating for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit – no stairs.

- Available parking for 2 vehicles.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
