From this home you can get to just about anywhere in Branson in under 15 minutes. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or chasing thrills at the Silver Dollar City amusement park, it’s all within you reach!

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is an upper-level walk-up unit with 16 steps to the front door. No elevator available.

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles – first come, first served.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
