This stunning Ozark Mountain retreat is situated in a lake view resort on Indian Point. Overlooking Table Rock Lake and minutes away from SDC and 2 marinas, with loads of great bars and restaurants to choose from.

The Space:
Inside, there’s so much seating and space to accommodate even the largest of groups, and to make everyone feel at home. The property benefits from well-appointed rooms, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and best-in-class mattresses for the ultimate night’s sleep.
The basement is home to the incredible, state-of-the-art games room which will provide hours of entertainment for your whole group. There’s also a brand new indoor pool opening in May 2023, and a fabulous communal pool for more outdoor fun.

Situated on Table Rock Lake in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, with some of the most awe-inspiring views in the USA, Branson is the jewel in Missouri’s crown. Think of Branson and you immediately think of fun.

ACCOMMODATION

LIVING AREA
Walk into the massive open plan living area and you’re instantly greeted by the sitting area zone where there’s enough seating for 10 based around the electric gas fireplace. The vaulted ceilings create space and the large floor to ceiling windows offer endless views of Lake Table Rock beyond.
The open plan kitchen is a dream come true for fledgling chefs. It’s big enough to hold enough cooking utensils and crockery to cater for 22 guests and is fully equipped with quality appliances including two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, and wet bar.
The large island offers more space for food prep and has seating for four.

The dining area, with stunning views, can accommodate up to 22 guests for a sit-down dinner, perfect for hosting a family dinner or special event.
OUTDOORS
A beautiful patio with super comfy sofa seating for 14 guests offers incredible views over Table Rock Lake.
Downstairs, another patio with seating for four offers a different but equally as beautiful perspective of the lake views.

GAMES ROOM
A games room with the wow factor. Based in the basement, the open plan area features Golden Tee and other arcade games, a pool table, Pop-A-Shot, foosball, board games and an Xbox with a 65” TV. The large L shaped sofa is perfect for lounging moments and a door leads out to the patio with seating for four, for a place to take in these stunning lake views.

The accommodation benefits from six bathrooms, from full bathrooms with luxury freestanding baths to guest toilets and en suite facilities. Each one is clean, modern, and kitted out with toiletries and premium towels.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful view and prime location to both the Branson strip and the lake. The kids really enjoyed the game room. A couple TVs didn’t work in some of the rooms but overall I definitely would recommend it. The property manager was very accommodating!

What a wonderful property this is! Immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. The game room is great, the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen--so much seating. Brianna was great. We gathered the family for Thanksgiving/ Xmas. Property fit us very well and especially the large game room. We did have one small problem with lack of hot water but property management, (Brianna), was very quick and responsive in getting it fixed.

Had an outstanding stay at this property with our party of 15. More than enough room for 4 different families and never once did we feel like we were on top of each other. Kids loved the game room and the community pool and the adults spent almost every evening on the huge deck over looking Table Rock. The owner responded quickly to questions that we had prior to the trip and the check in and check out process was easy. Would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it if you have a large group.

This was a perfect place just like tbe pictures show except much more in person. There were 4 couples we had extra rooms but enjoyed the time away. Property Manager was great sent messages before and during stay. Checking in was easy. I cant wait to go back again. We got snowed in and couldn't leave tbe day we were supposed to, but Property Manager was awesome on understanding and we stayed at a great rate that was manageable during a storm that wasn't prepared for. Location is great beautiful area.

We had the best time. The fact we could send the littles down stairs to play, and have adult conversations upstairs was great, we ended evenings playing in the game room downstairs and started our mornings with the cool breeze and great view on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee. Brianna (property manager) was very attentive to answer all questions we had quickly. The daily conversation was “when do you think we can all come back?” We spent one day at SDC it took us 5 minutes to get there and back, which was awesome after a long day. Traffic was minimum and the little grocery store a mile up the road had almost everything we needed if we forgot something. The hills were great for anyone who needed a quick workout in. We will be back.

Had a wonderful time at Hotty Toddy Lookout. We are a family of 2 sisters that take our big group of kids and grandkids on an annual trip. For over 10 years we have gone to the 30A area of the FL panhandle. We decided to do something different this year. It was a very nice house and all the kids loved the very well furnished game room. Our only wish was for a pantry. We brought enough groceries to eat in all week for 16 people but made it work using the kitchen table for our pantry. There is plenty of dining space without the table! We boated and tubed and spent our evenings on the large deck with a view of the lake! And the best part, it was nearly half the cost we have to spend on 30A. Plus much cooler! We will be back!

This house/cabin made our Branson getaway extra memorable! What made it so amazing?!? It was BRAND NEW, spacious, beautifully designed/decorated, and had everything you needed and so much more! It was so cozy that none of us wanted to leave. We chose this house because of the # of bedrooms/space for us to be together under one roof AND it was newly built so we liked that everything was brand new and clean compared to any other stay in Branson. This house had a beautiful lake view and we spent a lot of time enjoying the view on the back porch playing cards, games and hanging with family & friends. Everyone, especially the kids, LOVED the downstairs game room area with video/arcade games, basketball throw, pool table, foosball and more. This is where the kids spent most the time because there was always something to do! The house was very spacious, we all had our own private rooms/baths as well as all the shared living areas. It was also great having a swimming pool just a short walk away. There was no reason to leave except for boating on the Lake or visit the strip near by. If you asked our family, they would rather go back to this same Branson cabin versus taking a trip to a Florida beach! That’s how much we loved this house and can’t wait to plan a trip back!

I rented the house for my brother’s bachelor party which consisted of 12 guys aged from 23 to 30; it felt like we could have invited 4 or 5 more and still not feel cramped. It had plenty of room with enough beds to accommodate our group which eliminated any situation to share a bed or sleep on a couch, ultimately making it all worth the price you pay. Initially when considering renting this property, I thought the games may appear to be too childish, however, they were a great way to occupy the time especially during a pandemic. I would recommend this property to any and all visitors looking for a place to accommodate a large gathering for any occasion. The only negatives: Some of the doors didn’t shut / latch properly They don’t provide you with a sufficient amount of toilet paper or paper towels for a three-night stay with a large group and we weren’t notified prior to our stay to bring those items. This property is brand new and they appear to be constructing more houses just behind the deck which caused for some unwanted noise, dust and visuals. There was a chair that had been broken by prior guests that wasn’t removed when we had arrived. Surprise positives: The trash outside was picked up every morning which eliminated a pile forming. Parking was able to accommodate our group of vehicles which was an initial concern before renting.

We returned again this year for our mini family reunion and had another great weekend. The view is not as good as last year, due to construction of new homes, but the lake is still visible from the deck, so that did not affect our enjoyment at all. The game room downstairs is great for kids and adults who need more activity than sitting on the deck enjoying the view. Branson, and all the sights there, is just a short drive away.
