As you drive into this gated community, you will quickly see this is a golfer's dream. This 2 bedroom with a loft, 2 bathroom condo has amazing golf course views! Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch while you take in the beautiful views of the 18-hole golf course and the stunning landscaping.

Make your meals in the comfort of a fully stocked kitchen OR head to the resort restaurant and enjoy a meal before heading out to see what Branson has to offer!! Branson has some of the best shows and entertainment, shopping, golfing, and lake activities!

**We are trying to remain pet friendly at The Bears Den condo and we will need your participation to make sure we can continue this.
If you are bringing a pet, we will need to fully disclose our pet policy.

You must agree to:
- A per pet fee

- Pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds or the loft level
- Pet MUST be on a leash when outside of your condo
- Pet MUST be picked up after outside. If dog waste is not picked up, you will be charged $75
- Pet MUST be in a crate while you are not at the condo
- Your pet MUST be on a flea and tick preventative
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT of 35 lbs, no exception and only one dog allowed

If a pet is found in your condo that has not been pre-approved, you will have to leave immediately without a refund.

One vehicle is allowed to park in front of the building during your stay. You will be issued a parking pass at the gate.

No trailers, campers or oversized vehicles will be allowed in through the gate.
