"such a cute hotel! I would've given it more stars except that they put us on the 3rd floor which is what I wanted until I found out they didn't have any elevators and my elderly mom was with us and that was an issue. They moved us to the first floor and waived the fee (after I explained the issue). The rooms are cozy, they have a nice hot tub and pool. breakfast was very small but filling. The best part is the creek behind the hotel, really beautiful!!"

Westgate Branson Woods Resort and Cabins

Westgate Branson Woods Resort and Cabins

8/10 Good
"I'll start with the bad stuff since I know that's what you want. Check in time was 4 pm, and we waited for 2 groups in front of us only to be told that our room wasn't ready. (They all were told the same thing) Not a huge deal since it was ready by 5, but I would think there should have been some way to text us, email etc. before we drove out there and expected to check right in and take a shower. The room we were in had comically thin walls. I could hear every fart, snore, cough etc. from all my neighbors. The outdoor pool was closed for remodel and the indoor pool had a fan that was very, very loud. It was loud outside in the rec area. Other than those things, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were just average compared to the rest of the property which was great. We didn't pay for the top room so maybe that is why. I have stayed in a lot of places in Branson that are called "Resorts" but this is the first one that actually felt like one. Great amenities, activities for young and old, beautiful nature with secluded trails and walkways around the property. Very well maintained and cared for in my opinion. And surprisingly, they didn't nickel and dime us for everything. Basketball, shuffleboard, mini golf, and volleyball were all included and well maintained. Overall a beautiful property that fits perfectly into the Ozark hills, just could use a few small tweaks to be exceptional."
