The lady working the breakfast area was wonderful. Clean rooms, central location. Disappointed the pool was closed for the season when we were there. Nothing fancy but clean and safe hotel. Our kids enjoyed the nightly lobby dessert.

Great location off the busy main strip. On a high hill fairly close to Sight & Sound Theater. We loved the evening treats of cobbler, cookies and ice cream. Very helpful staff and very clean.

Front desk staff were ok, not extra friendly but ok. Breakfast staff was superior! So nice, friendly & helpful! Room was not as clean as I had hoped but part of that is because building is old. I would rate this 1 night stay good but not excellent.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great. We had breakfast every morning and they provide a dessert in the evening and it was close to all the different activities that you can do in Branson.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Chair in room needs some attention to upholstery. Breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast. Breakfast bar was well stocked and hot food was restocked often. Tables were clean and staff was super friendly. If going to a concert at Mansion theater, this hotel is super convenient, easily walkable to concert.

Very nice accommodations. Was just outside the main attractions areas, yet could be there in a few minutes. Outside seating area in front of hotel offered great views of the sunset. Will stay there again

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice there was a dessert bar in the evening. Honestly, that was our supper. There was a hot breakfast in the morning. The people who work there were very nice! We will return!
