Modern Farmhouse With a Loft, Unbeatable Location

  • Summary:
    Our home is in an unbeatable location right by the 76 Strip! It is the last house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Feels very private yet right in the heart of Branson. There are two bedrooms, each with one queen bed and a smart TV in them. There is a loft with two twin beds in it. It is the last house on the street, it is private and peaceful. Right in the heart of Branson close to all of the attractions with a secluded feel. We have lived in Branson our whole lives so if you need any planning advice, please ask!

    The Space:
    Our new modern farmhouse is an open floor concept with a fun loft, perfect for kids!
    SLEEPING CONFIGURATION
    Main floor: Bedroom 1: Queen bed
    Main floor: Bedroom 2: Queen bed
    Up the ladder and into the loft: Two twin beds
    One full bathroom with a double vanity.
    The loft has a TV with a FireStick and a fun play area with board games and books. Small children should never be left unsupervised in the loft. The living room TV is a Smart TV with complimentary YouTube TV, and you will be able to connect to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. We have WiFi for you to connect to as well. Everything you should need for cooking is provided such as pots and pans, a mixer, utensils, etc., as well as a Keurig with
    complimentary coffee. If you need anything please reach out!

    Guest Access:
    The entire house is yours! Make yourself at home!

    Other Things to Note:
    The ladder to the loft is steep and should be treated as a ladder, not stairs. Please go up and down facing the steps. Small children should be monitored while in the loft and near the ladder. Please be careful!
    No animals are allowed.
    No smoking allowed.
    There is a fire sprinkler system in the house. The sprinkler heads should never be touched. This could result in flooding the house. We have a Ring doorbell for security right by the front door. Disabling or tampering with the Ring doorbell will result in immediate removal from the home.

Such a cute house with a great location. Near all of the things in Branson but in a semi secluded setting on a dead end street with no traffic which is great for a family! Would highly recommend :)

The property was so handy to the attractions but not in a crowded neighborhood! The loft was perfect for my kids (ages 10 & 13). We really enjoyed our stay and would plan to stay here again for next time!

We enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect - close to everything but out of the way. The upstairs loft was too hot for us to use for sleep (it was mid-August) but we had fun playing up there. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is really nice!

We had an amazing time. The house was in the greatest location to where you are close to everything but far enough away that you aren’t inconvenienced with the noise or traffic. The house itself was so perfect we found ourselves just wanting to stay in and relax more than go out on the town. We will 100% be back. Thanks again!

The place was amazing!! Did not realize there was a pack n play tell the day we left but there was plenty of extra pillows for edging in a bed for a 1yr old. The 3 and 5 year old loved the loft. Don’t let the stairs scare you they’ll be fine! Will definitely come back if it’s available!!

Great place

This place was perfectly sized for our family. It was very clean, modernly decorated, and they did a good job of having all the extras on hand for a rental like this. The location was very convenient and was in-town without being in the chaos. The only thing I will mention is that the stairs to the loft are very steep. We let our kids play and hang out up there but ultimately we were too nervous to let them sleep up there in case they needed to come downstairs in the middle of the night. If you have children 5 or under, keep this in mind.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet Stay!

Sydney was amazing to work with, first off. I had lost track of time planning our wedding and made a timing error. Sydney worked with me so graciously and I cannot express how amazing that is! The home was clean and comfortable! We stayed for two weeks and having a washer and dryer and full kitchen made things easy for us to live comfortably while staying. The beds & pillows were comfy and it was so great to have a space to sit outside too. Having a home at the end of a quiet street to come home to after our busy days in Branson was such a blessing. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough. Thank you so much!!!

Seclusion and convenience at the same time

This house was the perfect location. Located at the end of a street overlooking some wooded hills from the back. Perfectly secluded yet incredibly convenient to all the areas of action in Branson. We went for a run each morning on the paved sidewalks. The surrounding area is nice, quiet and felt safe. The stairs are a little steeper than I could tell in the pictures so I would suggest kids use the loft area. But it was a perfect area for my teen daughter. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we had no issues with any appliances or the water. Check in was easy. Quick response from the owner. Overall, very happy with our stay and if we book again, this would definitely be our first choice. Thanks again!
