Everything about this property was great and the staff were quick to address problems with appropriate solutions. However, if you are getting this room for the large jetted tub then be aware that the water heater is no where close to large enough to fill it (six inches of water before there was no hot water left). We picked this room for the tub and basically couldn’t use it the entire time.

Beautiful, clean, and very well-kept resort! We loved how much there was to do on-site, and the gated property made us feel safe the entire time. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Very nice condo with plenty of space, very clean and well maintained with pool, hot tub, outdoor activities including grills that you can use. Close to several attractions. Would definitely book again when in the Branson area.

We stayed for three nights. Our 2-bedroom condo unit was very spacious, very clean and quiet. It exceeded my high expectations and the price was amazing. We will definitely return if ever back in Branson. We read that lights came through the blinds at night and they did but I packed some sleep masks just in case. Nobody felt the need to use them. Highly recommend.

We were there in April and the price was amazing for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It had a living room and full kitchen and washer and dryer. You have to wash your own towels if you want clean ones ... Which we did. One bedroom had a ceiling fan and one didn't. It would have been nice to have a fan in both rooms. It was gated and a very safe area. Highly recommend!!

Superb!

2nd year for our vacay, 1st time at ‘heights’ and it was superb. Love the clubhouse, pool and all the extras. We are treated so well and the activities were excellent, Heather was the best!! Will definitely be back and hopefully bring all of the family too.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Spinnaker and the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious (the bathroom and hallways were ADA compliant as well). We stayed in a 2/2 (one king and two queens in another room as well as 2 bathrooms). It was more than enough room to rest and have privacy and space without fighting for bathroom or living room space. The kitchen was equipped with everything; there was even a broom and vacuum. Tristan was awesome our entire stay. We loved the safety, the playground, the choice of 4 outdoor pools and well as an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs on the property. We have stayed in other condos that were more expensive for less room and amenities, so we were very impressed! We also loved not being crowded and with a 7 year old, it's nice to have rooms that aren't too loud. I highly recommend Spinnaker!

Everything was great! We have stayed in many condos in Branson over the years, but this one was by far the best! The grounds were clean and well lit at night. There were elevators and luggage carts to move your luggage to the room. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with sparkling white sheets and bedspreads. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and clean dishes. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the strip with colorful lights. I would highly recommend Palace View Heights.

We originally booked 6 nights, 2 bedroom condo. Last minute we were able to add a 7th night at the front of our schedule. Everything was clean. We were in the last building, but next to the playground/sports court and the kids loved it. We used the grills a few nights for cookouts. The pool was clean and fun, it was nice to have pool towels also. Our beds were comfortable. Washer/dryer & dishwasher all made the week much more convenient. Highly recommend!
