This 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom walk-in end unit has numerous 2025 updates giving it a fresh clean look! The fully stocked kitchen features brushed granite countertops, new cabinetry and new appliances. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable king TempTec mattress. Hall bedroom has a very comfortable king pillowtop bed. Each bedroom is furnished with dressers to accommodate over a weeks worth of clothing to make you feel at home during your vacation. Each bathroom has been updated with beautiful vanities, a large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and shower/tub combination in the hall bathroom with each have hand bars to enter and exit the tub or shower safely. The living area has a sofa, cute swivel chair and a dual reclining chair to enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV.

Fairway to Fun is located along the fairway for Hole #1 on the beautiful and well maintained Pointe Royale Golf Course. This condo is within walking distance to the practice driving range, Pro Shop and Grill, indoor/outdoor pool, and playground by the access to Lake Taneycomo.
