Quiet location

Updated appliances, large screen, TV, comfortable bed and bonus of double sinks separate from shower/toilet. Location a little out of the way, but easy access whether you’re going towards Branson West or down down to the Branson landing alternative routes easy to get to.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Less than 10 minute drive to the strip. Just up the road from Fall Creek restaurant, a new favorite for our family. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful little place

This little condo was perfect. My husband and I were looking for a little getaway out-of-the-way and this met everything we needed. We were even able to check in an hour and a half early.

This place is nice. It seemed like the interior was still being updated. Perfect for 2 people but 4 would be a bit too cozy. Beautiful kitchen area and fireplace.

Quick stop

Worked well for a quick overnigt stay. Nice quiet area. Ceiling fan on the patio needs replaced and the sofa bed was not comfortable. Respectful price.

Relaxing Stay

The property was just right for the two of us. It was further back on the property than we expected which made it quiet and away from the traffic and activity of Branson but close enough to be a short drive. It was also close to a water source for fishing. We spent morning coffee on the back patio enjoying nature. The manager was very nice and easy to communicate with when we had some difficulties with directions and unlocking the door.

Fall Creek Get Away.

We enjoyed our stay, left early (A family thing). I called the host about the T V . He was there in about 15 mins. Clean & quite. Don S. Auxvasse Mo.

We were very comfortable in the unit we stayed in. We appreciated how clean everything was. The only negatives were the steps and location. Even though there were only 4 steps, it was very difficult for us to manage them as we are both somewhat handicapped. The location is a little "off the beaten path". If it weren't for the steps we would definitely come back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the condo. The host was attentive to questions. The condo is as pictured. It is clean and comfortable and quiet (we stayed during the week). The location is easy walking distance to the Marina and Lake Tanneycomo. The condo is well stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, towels and soaps. Note, if cooking plan to bring your spices, salt and pepper, etc. since none of that is there. Also, there is a hair dryer and a coffee maker (bring your own coffee though). The price is a good value, and I would stay here again.

Great priced condo in need of a lot of TLC

To start. The front door was rusty and oxidized. Evidently there had been a flood at some point the kitchen/living room floor was ruined, as laminate floor will do when it gets wet, raised edges, gaps in flooring. Might replace the broken light cover in the kitchen and replace the burnt out bulbs over the jack and jill sink. and while your at it replace the rusted ceiling fan on the patio (hideous) The bed was great, plenty of hot water, dishwasher in spite of being old was a BEAST at cleaning dishes, heat and air was good. For the price, I'm satisfied even though the listing advertised condo as "newly remodeled" Last but not least... reverse the door on the cotton picken refrigerator; it's not that hard.

Never Again

Never again do we expect to find such a good host, a property as described, but mostly all the little things that are not usual for a host to give. I have limited space so here goes: 3 full boxes of kleenex, extra toilet paper (we did not have to buy any) plenty of towels, a sopa dispenser fully filled in the bathroom, a soap dish, a TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER, plenty of quality linens, rolls of garbage bags for all sizes of trash cans, container of laudry soap, fully filled dish soap, night lights, coffee, coffee filters, and maybe other things I may have missed. The location was serene yet within 4 minutes we were in the heart of Branson. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Jorge was super quick to respond to any questions made himself immediately available. His listing is NOT deceptive in any way. The check-out process is: NOTHING. We are invited to leave everything behind like trash, unwashed linens, unswept floors, and so on. We did stragithen up, made sure we emptied the refrigerator and freezer. I cleaned, dried, put away all the dishes, cleaned the coffee pot and toaster we used. I am certain if you are looking for a small condo for 2 - 4 people that you would enjoy this place immenseley in ever way. Try i!!!!!!!! The low cost will knock your socks off, too. Thank you Jorge - we hope you are blessed and continue to grow your business..Should we return to Branson we will look for you first. Happy Trails to All
