Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 offers a private deck with beautiful ridgeline views, plus seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam, and memorable sunsets — a rare setting within Pointe Royale.

Exceptionally clean, spacious, and recently remodeled, the condo features separate living and dining areas and a well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and quality cooking utensils.

Sleeping is ideal for couples and families, with KING beds in both bedrooms, a walk-in shower in the master, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room and a trundle bed in the second bedroom.

We go above and beyond for families with kids, providing toys, games, books, and kid-friendly kitchen items that guests consistently appreciate.

The condo is an easy walk to Pointe Royale’s indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and the bar & grill.

Guests enjoy full access to Pointe Royale amenities including golf (ask about reduced “Stay & Play” golf rates), pools, hot tub, bar & grill, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, basketball, scenic sidewalks, hiking trails, and trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo.

Enjoyed our second visit to Branson. Both times we have stayed at Point Royal Golf Resort. Very close to the pool and spa. The rental is away from the busy area but close enough to get to anything in minutes. We enjoyed many shows while we were there. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit as we spent most of our time in Branson or at a concert so mostly spent our time there for sleep! But it was clean, cozy, and the neighborhood was nice. It was in a really convenient spot for all activities we had planned and the host answered us immediately if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

Family fun!

There were lots of things the whole family could enjoy, like the pool, tennis courts, basketball, games, and huge box of toys which was my toddler’s favorite find. She wanted to take all the baby dolls back home with us. Clean place, and we never had to go buy things to cook with as the kitchen is well stocked!

Great location, very clean, perfect size!

We had an absolute blast staying here! Very accommodating for young families. The bedrooms were large enough for everyone and the living room was a great place to relax after a fun day at Branson! It was close enough to the action with a short drive but far enough away to have some peace and quiet too. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future. The owners were quick to respond and kept a nice balance of checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay!

Perfect for Us

We liked everything about this condo. The location is away from the noise and bustle of the strip, but still convenient for visiting everything from Silver Dollar City to The Landing. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable, and the kitchen, baths, and laundry were well appointed to make our stay very pleasant. The toys, high chair, and pack-n-play are great additions to travelers like us with little ones. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay!
