Beth's Breakaways is so pleased to offer this beautiful home situated in Chateau Cove. Our home is near everything Branson is known for, with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake, a lovely community pool, a trail to the lake, and a home decked out for your family fun. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake, 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes from the 76 Strip (Branson's Entertainment District), 4 miles to State Park Marina, Table Rock State Park, and many other popular attractions.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES
Our lodge caters to all ages, but we are undoubtedly perfect for families or church retreats or corporate retreats. Lakin' It Easy not only sleeps 21 but also has dining for 21 in the main great room. For those traveling with young children, we've made it a point to try and help families travel light by providing a portable crib and highchair.

KITCHENS
Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need for your group. From the Ninja blender, Calphalon pots and pans, and a full supply of dishes, glassware, serving bowls. It's all there.

IN-HOME ENTERTAINMENT
We provide many in-home entertainment options: a pool table, PS4, board games and an arcade machine that houses several hundred games.

LAKE ACTIVITIES
Table Rock Lake is Missouri's premier lake for beauty, water activities, and family fun. Spend the day relaxing in the sand of Moonshine Beach which is just a few miles away or drop your anchor in Chateau Cove and join your family from the lodge for a swim, or tube or wakeboard with a boat rented from the nearby State Park Marina. Table Rock Lake has everything you're looking for to enjoy a perfect day out on the water!

For only $5 a carload you can take the whole family to Moonshine Beach. This is by far our favorite place to come and relax with friends and family while enjoying the lake. The beach is protected from boat traffic, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There are covered picnic areas, grills, a big playground.

If you haul down your own watercraft you can store it at the State Park Marina just a quick 4 miles away. State Park Marina also does boat rentals!

AREA ATTRACTIONS
Whether on land, air or water, there are lots of ways to entertain yourself in Branson! Enjoy playing at Table Rock Lake, visit Silver Dollar City, explore one of the fun museums, race the kids in go karts, play a round at one of the many local golf courses, indulge in some retail therapy with a great day of shopping, enjoy a visit to a local winery, fly over the Ozarks in a helicopter, or soar on a zip line. If you re in the mood to relax, plan a tranquil day at any one of the luxurious spas.

Great retreat for family

This was a very spacious and accommodating place for multiple family members to stay in Branson during our visit. The location was great and the view of the lake was awesome. The property exceeded our expectations!

We had a great stay here. The home’s layout was very good for our family vacation. Great amenities in the home including hot tub and pool table. The indoor community pool was also very nice and plenty warm for December.

Weekend family getaway

We did this trip with whole family, for our Christmas this year. Was everything we needed and was looking for all 14 of us to spend time together. Love our trip. There was room and space for everyone to enjoy themselves. And was close to all the things we wanted to do.

Great house for a group

This home was perfect for our group of 15 people! We loved that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home has a great view of Table Rock Lake and is the perfect location for venturing out to all that Branson has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

Family Christmas Getaway

Overall property was great. We enjoyed it! Listing was as we thought. Great centralized location and rooms were clean and accommodating for our group of 17. Walls are a little thing especially when you’re staying downstairs and water pressure wasn’t the best but overall great experience. We would stay here agains.

Family Get Away

6 couples 50 (siblings and their spouses) on a short get-away. We were all thrilled with the house. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. All couples were able to have a king bed with their own bath. We sat on the deck and looked at the water, played games, and just enjoyed our time. Beds were great. All commented on how well they slept. Beth is the best. We will book with her again!!

Perfect family getaway

Lakin’ It Easy was the perfect accommodation for our family get-away. Roomy, clean, stocked with essentials, beautifully furnished, lovely view, working appliances, hot tub, community indoor and outdoor pools, video game accommodations for the tech gamers in our crowd, pool table, and spread out space! Great Memories Made

Very clean! Located right by Table Rock Lake! Family enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the arcade machine. Pool was a short walking distance from our cottage. And so was the lake. We definitely had a great time!!

Labor Day Getaway

We had 6 families stay at Lakin it Easy and it was such a nice place for us to stay and gather! From being a short walk to the outdoor pool to the nice open kitchen and living area where we could all hangout together was splendid. Beth was very accommodating and a great communicator with instructions on the house and gave us a detailed list of the places to go in Branson! We highly recommend for young families with kiddos.

Plenty of room

There were a total of 10 of us with one being an 8-year-old. All couples had their own bedroom, which had a TV and its own bathroom. The view of the lake is awesome. The location is close to everything. The house had everything we needed.

This property is exactly as advertised! Plenty of room, loved the decorating and totally all a large family get together would need. Not far from Branson, but far enough to not have any congestion, even during Black Friday! Would totally book this condo again for our large family. Our family age ranged 18 months to 75 years and we all enjoyed!! Thank you so much!

What a great spot

We booked this place for our family trip to Branson. The location was perfect and easy access to all the shows and activities. Very close. The views were awesome and the house was great. Fit 14 adults perfectly. The place was clean and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

Family Fun

We had 5 families and 7 bedrooms so it was great. Each family had a room and there were 2 extra rooms for the older grandchildren who needed space. The pool was a 1 minute walk and we found the little trail to the lake. We loved floating around in our mostly private little spot.

Christmas Tradition

We have a tradition of staying in Branson together for Christmas. We love a big house because there is 13 of us and we like to be together. Lakin It Easy is a great house. Owner is very responsive if needed. The house was clean and well stocked.

Fabulous

There were 11 of us and we had the best time in the home. The home is very spacious and offered everything we needed. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the home has two refrigerators. Very conveniently located close to town and offers a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend!!! We will be back.
