"Apartment was a decent size, shame it didnt has a sofa of any sort. Bed quite comfortable but needs abit of wd40 on it as you turn it makes a squeaky noise. Host was gelpful and friendly. Bit of advise if you are attending an event in market rasen pre book a taxi. As we could not get hold of one."

"Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station."

"We stayed at Villa Farm for just one night as we were travelling south and were lucky enough to get the last room. It was perfect for us as we had bought some crab in Whitby and just wanted an evening "at home"- the room at Villa Farm Cottage included a spacious living area and breakfast table and sofa as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom so it had everything we needed. I think there were pubs and other places to eat in local villages. Petra was very kind and helped us with all our needs....
